Every duality in life consists of yin & yang, they relate inseparably in a continuous flow. The yin or dark side is very enriching, deepening and brings you closer to your essence.
I will guide you for 1,5 hour through some poses that will be held for 3 to 5 minutes, the last 10 minutes you enjoy a well deserved relaxation to integrate the session. You don’t have to be an expert for this class, it is open to anyone who would like to discover yoga poses in peace.
Yin yoga is a form of yoga in which you respect your body, seek and accept your own boundaries and give space to your body through breathing.
All material is available: yoga mat, meditation cushions, bolsters, blocks, blanket to make yourself comfortable. If you prefer to use your own material, just let me know. That is all fine.
